What You'll Do:

You will be key player in bringing our brands to life, enhancing brand awareness, and boosting sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Drive the strategy, coordination, and execution of multi-channel marketing efforts, ensuring each campaign aligns with our brand's vision and objectives.
• Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with Brand Leaders, Directors, and Managers to analyze current and future business strategies, advocating for our unique customers in a collaborative, growth-driven environment.
• Purposeful Marketing: Ensure all brand marketing initiatives have a clear, strategic purpose with well-defined objectives and priorities.
• Team Synergy: Foster strong team relationships, maintaining high levels of satisfaction by meeting deadlines, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional value.
• Innovative Support: Provide strategic insights and recommendations for process improvements and various projects, driving continuous innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Marketing Strategist who excels in facilitating and collaborating with cross-functional partners to craft comprehensive omni-channel marketing campaign blueprints that align with our business strategies.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Ideally, you have 3+ years of project management and marketing experience.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing is preferred.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks with ease.
• Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop strategic and functional solutions.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, as well as with consultants, vendors, suppliers, and other external business contacts.
• Social Media Savvy: Experience or skills in Social Media Marketing are a plus.
