Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and associates, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Be proficient in all areas of reservations and general operations of the hotel, including group blocks, billing, and VIP guest treatment.
  • Coordinate tasks and work with other departments, serving as a departmental role model or mentor.
  • Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and meet appropriate quality standards.
  • Report work-related accidents or injuries immediately to manager/supervisor.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional.
  • Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
