Market Development Representative On-Premise

The Market Development Representative On-Premise role is responsible for building the Sazerac portfolio in a given territory of On-Premise outlets, such as Bars, Restaurants, and hotels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building mutually beneficial partnerships with Owners and managers of these establishments to grow revenue and profit.
- Creating and managing solutions to grow assigned accounts business, while driving results that deliver market share growth for Sazerac brands.
- Collaborating with wholesaler partners to support in-outlet selling and execution.
- Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) with key customers.
- Regularly reviewing account partners business and delivering solutions to improve profitability and growth.
- Supporting Market Development Manager with brand building, programming, and distribution activities with customers.
Requirements for the role include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant field sales professional experience.
- Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends).
- Strong planning & organizational skills.
- Willingness to Travel.
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in consumer goods.
- Market development and sales analysis experience.
- Experience building customer relationships.
- Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 35 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to drive and visit multiple accounts in one day.
The salary range refers to base salary only and does not include car allowance, annual bonus, fuel or cell phone reimbursement.
