Medical Office Manager

The Senior Offsite Medical Secretary provides administrative support to a supervising physician in an offsite practice setting. This role involves handling a high volume of telephones, reception, check-in, registration, and scheduling coordination. Key responsibilities include maintaining the physician's schedule up-to-date on a daily basis, providing clerical and reception support, taking detailed clinical phone messages, and assisting with medical chart preparation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional administrative support to the supervising physician in an offsite practice setting
* Handle high-volume telephone calls, receptions, and registrations
* Maintain the physician's schedule up-to-date on a daily basis
* Assist with medical chart preparation and maintenance
* Take detailed clinical phone messages for the clinical team
Requirements
* 5+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare or practice environment
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program if performing clinical duties; Certified Medical Assistant required if performing Medical Assistant duties
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits
$90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
