Coldspring of Campbell County seeks experienced Nursing Care Specialists to join our healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Registered Nurse with strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.

We offer a competitive salary of $ $35-$42 per hour based on licensure and experience, plus additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts.

Job Description:
  • Nursing Care Responsibilities:
    • Providing high-quality patient care, including IV therapy, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical needs according to physician orders and patient plan of care.
    • Performing comprehensive patient assessments within the scope of the RN nursing practice and responding to changes in patient conditions.
  • Leadership and Teamwork:
    • Overseeing the activities of nursing assistants and promoting a collaborative team environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A current Kentucky RN (Registered Nurse) certification.
  • Strong documentation skills, preferably with experience using Point Click Care (PCC).
  • Instructor-led CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
  • Solid RN work history with excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team.
  • A positive attitude and passion for working with elderly patients.
