Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to join our team at Coldspring of Campbell County in Kentucky. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitative services to individuals and improving their quality of life.
About the Role:
- This PRN position offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work independently while collaborating with our dedicated team.
- You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families, utilizing your expertise as a Speech Language Pathologist to promote communication, cognitive, and swallowing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Clinical Services: Provide speech-language pathology services to patients, including assessments, treatment planning, and implementation of interventions tailored to individual needs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient interactions, progress, and outcomes, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address communication, swallowing, and cognitive needs.
Requirements:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Kentucky.
- Experience working in rehabilitation settings, preferably with adults and/or pediatric populations.
