Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a licensed NP, you will provide evidence-based medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs. Your responsibilities will include examining and treating various medical conditions, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive medical assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide high-quality patient care, focusing on evidence-based practices and compassionate communication
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to HIPAA and OSHA regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active state Nurse Practitioners license
  • Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
  • Active state DEA licensure
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written
  • Excellent time management skills with accountability for practitioner's daily workflow
  • Proficiency in medical instruments and equipment
  • Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
