Job Description:

A prominent non-profit healthcare organization is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage the operational services across its extensive network of locations in the Seattle region. This role will primarily be based at the Georgetown facility.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Oversee facilities operations including janitorial services, security, and service contracts. Coordinate the dispatch of in-house maintenance personnel and external service providers. Administer the work order management system. Facilitate complex work orders that necessitate detailed research and time management.Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a facilities coordination role or a related field is required; additional experience is preferred. Proven track record in managing ongoing facilities services such as cleaning, security personnel, landscaping, and preventive maintenance agreements for systems like elevators and fire safety is essential. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and organizational skills are crucial, along with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Capacity to learn rapidly and work both independently and collaboratively with team members. Local travel between sites using a reliable personal vehicle is necessary, with reimbursement for mileage and parking expenses.Benefits and Additional Information:
