Job Description

Bedi Dental Group seeks a dedicated and organized Treatment Plan Coordinator to support our multi-specialty practice. Based in Lexington and Concord, this full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art environment.

We require a highly motivated individual with 1-3+ years of dental experience. Prior knowledge of Dentrix is advantageous, and strong computer and math skills are essential for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Presenting treatment plans and collecting co-payments from patients
  • Coordinating scheduling and verifying insurance coverage
  • Reactivating treatment plans and scheduling follow-up appointments
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
