Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Process Chemist to join our team at Stratacuity. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for resolving drug substance manufacturing issues through hands-on lab support for process optimization and commercial scaling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve drug substance manufacturing issues through hands-on lab support for process optimization and commercial scaling.
  • Strengthen collaboration with external CMO/CRO teams for laboratory experiments and project support.
  • Produce and review technical reports, identifying and addressing process knowledge gaps in line with clinical development stages.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge in organic chemistry with 5+ years' (MS) or 3+ years' (PhD) industry experience.
  • Demonstrated success in lab-based pharmaceutical process development from early to late stages.
  • Adapt to fast-paced environments with excellent communication skills.
  • Skilled in organic chemistry instruments and related software; prioritization to meet project deadlines.
  • Preferred candidates have familiarity with thermal analysis equipment, scholarly contributions, and regulatory writing expertise.
