Key Responsibilities- Conduct on-site evaluations to assess customer risk and develop customized service plans to control losses and costs.
- Provide expert technical support to other risk control employees, advising them on resources, legislation, and effective methods to reduce risk.
- Collaborate with management to develop policies, procedures, and technical resources to support risk control consulting services.
- Participate in acquiring and retaining profitable business, identifying new opportunities for Risk Control services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced knowledge and experience in risk assessment, risk analysis, and solutions management.
- Effective interpersonal, writing, and communication skills to develop and maintain relationships with customers, peers, and industry contacts.
- Demonstrated ability to retrieve and enter information using proprietary software applications and create/modify documents and complex spreadsheets using Microsoft Office suite.
- A bachelor's degree with coursework in math, engineering, or related areas, and at least 8 years of directly related consulting experience in risk control or progressive safety/health field.
