About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Fitness Trainer to join our team at Eastlake Performance. As a Personal Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver personalized training programs for clients, taking into account their fitness goals, needs, and preferences.
  • Conduct training sessions, providing guidance, support, and feedback to clients.
  • Monitor client progress, making adjustments to training programs as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on their progress and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized training environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Fitness Trainer.
  • CSCS certification or willingness to pursue one.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
