Job Description

At Arena Sports, we're passionate about providing a fun and engaging environment for kids to learn and grow through soccer. As a Lil' Kickers/Skills Institute Coach, you'll play a vital role in bringing our renowned curriculum to life, coaching weekly classes for kids aged 18 months to 12 years old.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-energy coaching sessions that promote fundamental soccer skills and developmental milestones
  • Build strong relationships with kids and their families, creating a positive and supportive environment
  • Follow weekly lesson plans and adhere to safety guidelines
  • Assist with marketing efforts and community events to promote our programs
Qualifications
  • Passionate about working with kids and providing a fun, engaging experience
  • No prior coaching experience necessary (training provided)
  • Food Handler's permit required
