Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Execution Technologies to help define our strategy around technology that enables digitalization of our Supply Chain Execution processes. This role will lead implementation initiatives and continuous improvement of solutions to optimize data integrity, operational efficiency, and business outcome delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of IT professionals, including developers and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Formulate and execute the strategy for Supply Chain Execution platform, aligning it with the organization's business objectives and growth plans.
- Oversee the management of solution portfolio for Supply Chain Execution processes, ensuring it meets current and future business requirements.
- Evaluate and prioritize objects based on strategic alignment, return on investment, and risk.
- Create and maintain a technology roadmap that outlines the future vision and improvements for enterprise applications for Supply Chain Execution technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience.
- 10+ years of experience implementing, configuring/customizing, integrating, and maintaining Supply Chain Applications in retail/wholesale industry, preferably with a fashion brand.
- 5+ years in a leadership role accountable for Supply Chain Applications.
- 5+ years of experience implementing and managing Tier 1 Supply Chain Execution Platforms such as Infor Nexus, Blue Yonder/One Network/JDA, etc.
