About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Jacobs. Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design teams on projects up to $50mm, working under the direction of a Project Manager
  • Act as a mentor for Design Leads and other Project Engineers
  • Develop solutions to meet client needs, working closely with clients to understand their requirements
  • Ensure the successful implementation of Life Science projects, including infrastructure, process, utilities, and support facilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who is committed to delivering exceptional results. You will have a strong background in engineering, with experience in manufacturing projects and a proven track record of success. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 4+ years of experience working on manufacturing projects as a design lead and/or project engineer, with 3 years of Life Sciences project experience preferred
  • Strong safety culture, with experience in design safety and working in the office or at project locations
  • Experience in the execution of multi-office projects, including Globally Integrated Delivery
  • General engineering knowledge that is key to the successful implementation of Life Science projects
