HR Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team at Publicis Media. As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of all employee record updates, serving as the first point of contact for general employee inquiries, and providing administrative and project management support to the Director of Talent Management, the Director of Talent Acquisition, and the Chief Talent Officer.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate and timely data management of all employee records, including creating and processing transfers, separations, promotions, hires, and other employee-related transactions.
- Enter information accurately into HRIS and work with payroll to ensure all information is received on time.
- Process tuition reimbursement and officer reimbursements, and audit HRIS transactions to ensure accuracy and proactively resolve any data errors.
- Create and maintain tracking processes and audits, and provide general and custom HRIS reports to internal teams.
- Manage the onboarding process, conduct orientation, and serve as the key contact for new hires for all onboarding inquiries.
- Maintain HR-related postings and access to the company intranet, and manage administration around specific HR policies and forms.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills, with advanced Excel desired.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Superior detail orientation and organizational skills, with a sense of urgency.
- Resourceful, able to work independently, and take initiative to anticipate and respond to employee/HR team needs.
- Navigate the organization to find the right solution and know when to raise issues to managers for guidance.
- Customer service-oriented and professional, with a positive representative for the group and company.
