Senior Instructional Designer and Content Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Instructional Designer and Content Developer to join our Talent Experience Team at Workday. As a key member of our high-impact team, you will play a critical role in developing learning materials to build employee skills across the organization.
As we continue to innovate and shape the future of learning at Workday, we are looking for someone who is passionate about crafting high-performance work environments where employees can build the skills needed to boost business success.
As a Sr. Instructional Designer & Content Developer, you will work closely with our portfolio managers to identify skill needs across Workday and develop targeted learning solutions to address those gaps. This will involve designing and developing both instructor-led training and on-demand e-learning across a range of topics, from Core Skills to Talent enablement.
You will also be responsible for building a variety of assets to support our learning programs, including videos, quick-cards, instructor materials, and more. Additionally, you will lead design projects of all sizes, collaborate with partners to build project plans, and assess whether courses are meeting identified objectives and key results.

About You
We are seeking a candidate with 5+ years of directly related experience in learning and development, content development, or graphic design. You should have experience in learning and development design, and be familiar with key development platforms including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite. Knowledge of video design/editing, graphic design, and Articulate Rise platform is a plus.
