Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team of skilled pediatric care professionals. As a Pediatric Nurse with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, providing compassionate and expert care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to medically fragile children in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient progress and communicate with families and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • RN or LVN with a current, valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients and families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
