- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- RN or LVN with a current, valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with pediatric patients and families
