Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the preschool program
  • Lead and manage a team of educators and staff to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and the broader community
  • Ensure the delivery of an exceptional educational experience for each child
  • Manage campus budget and ensure profitability targets are met
  • Work with the Assistant Head of School to ensure enrollment targets are met
  • Hire, support, develop, and manage teaching staff
