Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial in enhancing the reliability of our manufacturing processes across various facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement reliability excellence initiatives and prioritize engineering opportunities for value creation.
- Develop, design, and install predictive maintenance programs in accordance with established procedures.
- Conduct technical reviews of projects and collaborate on new equipment reliability specifications.
- Identify and eliminate equipment failures while optimizing availability.
Collaboration:
Work closely with maintenance and production teams to improve reliability processes and identify critical spare parts.
Problem Solving:
Independently address moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating more complex challenges as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance process management.
- Experience with rotating equipment, seals, piping, pumps, fans, blowers, and material handling systems is essential.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies is critical for success in this role.
- Proficiency in SAP is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal) are vital.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
