This is a unique opportunity to join our growing customer experience team at Opendoor. As a Customer Sales Associate, you will serve as the main point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the entire home selling process. You will connect personally with customers to discover and provide their ideal customer experience, manage customer needs, and protect timelines for fast-moving transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect personally with customers to discover and provide their ideal customer experience
  • Guide customers through the entire Opendoor home selling process as the main point of contact
  • Manage customer needs and protect timelines for fast-moving transactions in an organized, professional, and friendly manner
  • Be available across time zones, including evenings and weekends, to support customers
  • Work closely with world-class teams to rapidly build better processes, tools, and customer experience
  • Manage a pipeline of customers and drive towards conversion to multiple Opendoor products

  • Real Estate experience
