  • Must possess a valid Driver License, maintain a good standing Driving Record (MVR), and have reliable Transportation.
  • Welding and Forklift Certifications are advantageous.
  • Maintain a professional appearance consistently.
  • Ability and willingness to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to build, repair, and maintain equipment in the Yard.
  • Strong Customer Service Orientation to communicate effectively with Customers when necessary.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with Co-workers and Management, functioning well as part of a Team. A Positive Attitude is essential.
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and prioritize Safety.
  • Availability and willingness to work the assigned schedule is required.
  • Take pride in knowing that your work contributes to saving lives.
  • Operate safety equipment and adhere to safe work practices.
  • Fabricate and assemble or disassemble equipment as needed.
  • Analyze work orders and MSDS to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations.
  • Mark or tag materials with appropriate job numbers, piece marks, and other necessary identifiers.
  • Responsible for constructing and preparing all orders.
  • Check all loads in and out of the yard for accuracy.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure quality control of all equipment as required.
  • Safely load and unload equipment, verifying all loads in and out of the yard for accuracy.
  • Assist with deliveries using Flatbed when schedules are tight.
  • Adhere to ALL Company Safety policies.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean work environment, including the Service and appearance of the Yard.
