Healthcare Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. This role involves coordinating and scheduling patient appointments for physicians, managing patient records, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating patient appointments and scheduling with physicians and their teams.
- Managing patient records and updating electronic medical records (EMRs).
- Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills when interacting with patients and healthcare staff.
- Traveling between facilities as needed to support our providers.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in scheduling for physicians with multiple locations.
- Proficiency in using EMR systems and scheduling software.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the Athena EMR System.
- Scheduling experience for imaging centers or surgery centers.
- Additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits also include opportunities for career growth and professional development.
