Job Description

We are Lockheed Martin, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeking a skilled Contracts Management professional to join our team in Fort Worth, TX.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting Integrated Fighter Group contracting activities through contract administration, negotiations, metrics, and future contract planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform contracts management functions across the spectrum of actions associated with providing supplies and services, from capture through proposal, contract award, and all phases of contract administration.
  • Provide proposal preparation, contract negotiation, administration assistance for the programs as assigned.
  • Coordinate with program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, human resources, accounting, and compliance to effectively manage a breadth of responsibilities, including contract solicitations/capture, negotiations and contract terms.
  • Act as a representative for the company in managing contracts to support business goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate solutions to contractual issues and Customer concerns related to Company performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a Business related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Contract life cycle experience including proposals, negotiations, administration, and closeout.
