About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Direct Support Professional to join our team at Royal Residential Serv. As a member of our community residential program, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities to achieve their full potential. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily living activities, provide transportation, and develop individualized plans to promote independence.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal planning, and household chores
- Provide transportation to appointments, social events, and leisure activities
- Develop and implement individualized plans to promote independence and self-advocacy
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and teamwork
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
