We are seeking a highly motivated Intellectual Disability Specialist to join our team at Richmond Residential Serv. As an Intellectual Disability Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support services to adults with intellectual disabilities, promoting independence and community integration.

Your key responsibilities will include managing a caseload of 7-10 individuals, providing direct care support, attending meetings, and participating in on-call rotations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field, relevant work experience, and a valid Virginia Driver's license. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to person-centered practices are essential.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of 7-10 individuals, providing direct care support and case management services
  • Attend meetings and participate in on-call rotations
