Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough legal consultations to identify potential clients' eligibility for immigration relief
  • Manage a diverse caseload, providing direct representation in front of USCIS and EOIR, with a focus on humanitarian cases
  • Supervise and mentor staff attorneys, DOJ accredited representatives, and support staff to ensure exceptional case representation and work product
  • Collaborate with our management team across multiple offices to drive our mission forward
  • Represent ICWC and our clients at local and regional stakeholder meetings
Requirements
  • Active and good standing Bar License from any United States jurisdiction, Nevada Bar preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience practicing immigration law
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience supervising employees
  • Demonstrated passion and commitment to public interest law and serving low-income individuals
  • Ability to work effectively with survivors of trauma and other vulnerable populations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with Humanitarian Relief and removal defense
  • Prior experience working with low-income individuals and survivors of trauma
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $86,000 to $100,000, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. We also offer a retirement plan with employer match, FSA, and reimbursement for preventative wellness activities and commuting expenses. A relocation stipend may be available.
