Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to help alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
  • Accompany clients on errands and appointments
  • Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises
  • Provide dementia care and support
  • Engage in activities such as reading, music, puzzles, and other hobbies to promote mental and emotional well-being
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
  • Pass a background check
  • CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred
