We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Procurement Expert to join our team at Certified Benz & Beemer, a family-owned luxury pre-owned dealership. As a key member of our Acquisitions Department, you will play a crucial role in purchasing high-quality vehicles for our inventory.

Responsibilities

  • Build long-term relationships with customers and create a loyal customer base.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide personalized service to potential sellers.
  • Utilize industry-leading software, such as the Kelly Blue Book Internet Cash Offer program, to streamline the vehicle acquisition process.
  • Assist customers in bringing their vehicles in for inspection and appraisal, and provide detailed reports, including CarFax.
  • Present offers to purchase and develop strategies to overcome objections.
  • Follow up with sellers to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and analyses.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred.
  • Knowledge of vAuto is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
