Marketing Coordinator Job Description

At Linville Team Partners, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our company image and position in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
  • Design and create property-specific marketing collateral, including brochures, aerials, and offering memorandums.
  • Execute and manage in-house prospecting campaigns to engage potential clients through multi-touch campaigns.
  • Collaborate with brokers to provide them with the necessary materials to perform client-oriented tasks.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Marketing and design experience required, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Canva).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • 1-2 years of real estate or industry experience preferred.
  • Production-focused with a high level of professional energy.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Shows initiative, creativity, and flexibility.
