Job Summary

Archway Physician Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Clinical Physician Executive to lead our Psychiatry department in Winston-Salem, NC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all psychiatric initiatives to achieve high-quality patient services, operational excellence, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative oversight and leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient services and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, improve quality, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with market operations and nursing leadership to ensure a well-coordinated and planned integrated operation of healthcare delivery services.
  • Provide direct clinical oversight to all areas associated with psychiatric services.
  • Assist in the management and coordination of other departments within the market to ensure a well-coordinated and planned integrated operation of healthcare delivery services.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited medical school (MD, DO, MBBS) with board certification in Psychiatry required.
  • 5+ years of clinical experience and 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Background in facilitating the development and refinement of psychiatric practices.
  • Experience implementing quality and care management initiatives, clinical best practices, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to advance and develop a superior clinical service.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills for both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
