Marketing Manager

BranchPattern is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Execution: Develop and implement marketing plans that drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
  2. Digital Marketing: Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  3. Content Creation and Management: Lead the creation and distribution of high-quality content across various platforms, including the company website, newsletters, social media, and marketing materials.
  4. Brand Management: Strengthen and maintain the company's brand identity and reputation.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  6. Proposal Oversight and QAQC: Oversee the proposal development process, providing strategic guidance to improve efficiency and quality.
  7. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with executives and technical teams to gather information and create content that supports business development and marketing efforts.
  8. Event Planning and Management: Plan, organize, and execute industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance the company's visibility and network.
  9. Market Research and Analysis: Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on best practices in marketing, digital strategies, and industry trends, providing feedback and insights to improve marketing efforts and drive innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital strategies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing plans.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and analytics.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in content creation, brand management, and event planning is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and Adobe Create Suite.
