Job Overview

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled technician with expertise in the maintenance and repair of heavy machinery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the heavy machinery repair sector
  • Comprehensive understanding of various heavy machinery
  • Proficient in gas and diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems
  • Ability to interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics
  • Capable of working independently
  • Must possess personal hand tools
  • Basic computer proficiency is necessary

Educational Background:

  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze diagrams, schematic drawings, and service manuals
  • Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and repair heavy machinery
  • Repair electrical and mechanical components
  • Maintain current knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
  • Perform routine maintenance on mobile equipment
  • Stay informed about industry competitors and maintain the company's reputation
  • Handle tools and company vehicles with care
  • Request necessary replacement parts
  • Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
