Key Responsibilities
Inspect and maintain heavy equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication and cleaning, to prevent equipment failure
Diagnose and repair equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner
Work closely with our operations team to ensure equipment is available when needed
Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
4-6 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a dynamic outdoor environment
