Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ER Float Pool team at AdventHealth Rocky Mountain. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs through observation, interview, and review of medical records and clinical data.
  • Develop and implement patient plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and promoting patient safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Nursing or nursing diploma.
  • One year of experience in nursing, preferably in an ER setting.
  • Current RN license from the State of employment or participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
