Job Title: RN ER Float Pool

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ER Float Pool team at AdventHealth Rocky Mountain. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and promote a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs through observation, interview, and review of medical records and clinical data.
  • Develop and implement patient plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Provide therapeutic and diagnostic interventions, including IVs, wound care, medication administration, and specimen collections.
  • Promote patient safety, advocate for patient rights, and collaborate to protect patient health and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in nursing or nursing diploma.
  • One year of experience in nursing, preferably in a similar specialty.
  • Registered Nurse licensure from the State of employment or participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
