We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Spanish Language Support Specialist at Wolfies Swim School LLC

As a Spanish Language Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients, managing check-ins and payments, and completing daily reports. You will also be responsible for communicating policies clearly, promoting relevant products and services, and upselling services and merchandise to clients.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position that requires a high level of fluency in Spanish, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with registrations, payments, and general inquiries.
  • Complete the 'End of Day' report, ensuring all necessary steps are followed for enrollments, transfers, and customer interactions.
  • Communicate policies clearly and promote relevant products and services.
  • Upsell services and merchandise to clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Mandatory attendance of all staff meetings.
  • Positive and upbeat attitude.
  • Ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per year.
