We are in search of a committed Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assess the respiratory requirements of patients and develop tailored Respiratory Care Plans.
As a vital member of our team, you will:
- Operate and manage acute care ventilators for both short-term and long-term mechanical ventilation.
- Work independently when the full-time Team Leader is unavailable.
- Maintain accurate departmental and hospital records, ensuring precise data entry into the hospital's system.
- Administer both routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures across all age groups.
Qualifications include:
- Completion of an accredited Vocational/Technical program or an AMA-approved respiratory care program (Associate's Degree); a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Current Florida State License as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
- American Heart Association BLS certification required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and moving equipment.
