Your Role
As the Night Supervisor of Respiratory Therapy, you will lead our dedicated team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all facets of Respiratory Care Services during your shift.
- Ensuring compliance with departmental standards, policies, and legal requirements.
- Conducting respiratory assessments as necessary.
- Providing leadership and support to staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A two-year AMA-approved respiratory care program completion.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credentials.
- A minimum of five years of clinical experience in an acute hospital setting.
