Administrative Assistant - Contract - Plainsboro, NJ

Proclinical has partnered with a pharmaceutical company who are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a contract role in Plainsboro, NJ.

Primary Responsibilities:

This position focuses on providing comprehensive administrative support, with key areas including calendar management, expense handling, and travel coordination.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Concur or similar expense management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

The Administrative Assistant's responsibilities will be:

  • Efficiently manage and organize complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Proficiently handle Concur expenses, ensuring accurate and timely processing of expense reports, receipts, and reimbursements.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, while ensuring adherence to company travel policies and cost-effective solutions.
