About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Director to join our team at Hays. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for leading a team and taking full responsibility for the successful management of one or more client accounts, including both MSP and RPO.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Travel to various client sites as needed to build strong relationships and drive business growth
  • Establish and develop key client relationships in line with the client's contract plan
  • Work with Client Managers to maintain an effective partnership with the client and continually develop & sustain account initiatives
  • Drive Continuous Improvement Plan - BAU, track KPI/SLAs, manage cost savings initiatives, and manage program deliverables as outlined in MSA

We are looking for a candidate with a solid 5-7+ years of experience working with an MSP account as well as VMS exposure. You will be achievement-focused, organized, resilient, authentic, and trustworthy, with a strong desire for personal development and professional growth.

We offer a competitive base compensation of $110K-$125K, depending on experience, as well as a hybrid/flexible schedule.
