Position: Client Relations Specialist
Location: Winterville, NC
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Compensation: $15/hour
Role Summary:
- Effectively manage the collection of overdue accounts in a professional and timely manner, adhering to all established collection protocols.
- Conduct outbound or inbound calls based on priority set by management.
- Facilitate payment arrangements with clients to resolve outstanding balances, assessing their financial capability and willingness to settle.
- Identify the reasons for account delinquency and determine the most effective approach to assist the client.
- Request updated credit reports or initiate skip-tracing as per established guidelines.
- Review loan files in accordance with set standards, if necessary.
- Initiate account deferrals following written policy procedures.
- Process customer payments through electronic methods when applicable.
