Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in identifying their financial needs and contribute to the company's success by suggesting additional products and services.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to refer loans, trusts, investments, insurance, and other exceptional services provided by the bank.
  • Develop an understanding of the banking sector and help achieve branch objectives across various categories, including deposits and loans.
  • Establish trusting relationships with individuals in the communities we serve.
  • Actively participate in and advocate for community growth and prosperity.
  • Process customer transactions promptly, efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, resolve inquiries effectively, and follow up with clients on all requests.
This position emphasizes acquiring general banking knowledge and mastering routine transactions, including account openings. A background in customer service and familiarity with Windows operating systems are essential for this role.
