As the initial point of contact for our clients, the Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in the success of Bar Harbor Bank & Trust. In this role, you can anticipate:
  • Helping clients identify their financial requirements and contributing to the company's success by suggesting additional products and services.
  • Identifying and acting on opportunities to refer clients for loans, trusts, investments, insurance, and other exceptional services provided by the bank.
  • Gaining insights into the banking sector and assisting in achieving branch objectives across various categories, including deposits and loans.
  • Establishing trustworthy relationships with individuals in the communities we serve.
  • Actively participating in and advocating for community growth and prosperity.
  • Processing client transactions promptly, efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries effectively, and following up with clients on all matters.
This position emphasizes acquiring general banking knowledge and mastering routine transactions, including account openings. A background in customer service and familiarity with Windows are essential for this role.
