Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Refrigeration Technician to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our HVAC/R team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our facility's refrigeration and HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Utilize commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Inspect, operate, and test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to identify problems.
  • Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by following established safety procedures.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC/Refrigeration maintenance.
  • Previous rack refrigeration experience.
  • Vocational or Technical HVAC/R certification and 6 months of experience, or 2 years of total work experience in commercial refrigeration, mechanical maintenance, or construction-related field.
  • Type I and Type II EPA certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and move up and down ladders frequently.
