Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the storage, inventory, and issuance of ski equipment for members and guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting members and guests by name, engaging in conversation, and answering questions promptly and courteously.
  • Assist with the scheduling and oversight of Valet Operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Perform tasks such as tagging, storing, and issuing ski equipment, as well as receiving and transporting skis to and from the ski storage area.
  • Record ski tuning instructions and transport equipment to and from the ski shop.
  • Assist with daily duties, including parking and retrieving cars, and transporting skis to and from the ski area.
  • Participate in all mandatory staff meetings and trainings, and maintain confidentiality of all members.
  • Act in a supervisory role as needed, and assist other departments with morning duties and restroom cleanliness checks.
  • Problem solve member issues to resolution, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • CO Driver's License preferred, with a satisfactory driving record.
  • At least 1 year of previous customer service experience, with hotel experience preferred.
  • Prior ski valet and club experience is preferred, as well as prior supervisor or lead role experience.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively present detailed information verbally and in writing.
