Job Summary

Vaco is seeking a skilled Program Support Worker to join our team in a healthcare setting. This is a contracted position with the possibility of becoming permanent if the fit is right.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client and office operations, including greeting clients, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client and Office Management: Provide exceptional customer service, manage reception duties, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Documentation and File Management: Ensure accurate and timely documentation, file paperwork, and enter training certificates into program systems.
  • Supply and Inventory Management: Order, inventory, and organize office and program-specific supplies, including essential items for client use.
  • Certifications and Materials: Produce and laminate program graduation certificates, make copies of program-specific handouts, and manage the distribution of program materials.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Organizational and Administrative Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and handle office procedures efficiently.
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service: Friendly and professional demeanor to interact with clients and staff, manage correspondence, and provide support as needed.
  • Attention to Detail and Reliability: Precision in managing paperwork, inventory, and data entry, combined with a dependable and consistent work ethic.
