Receptionist Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Regional Program Director, the Receptionist will apply established management systems and procedures to execute a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role also encompasses ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations associated with these duties.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Preferred: Associate's degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; or a high school diploma with equivalent job training and experience.
  • Experience in data management and proficiency in computer applications is advantageous.
Essential Skills
  • Capability to read and interpret documents such as safety guidelines, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Ability to compose routine reports and correspondence.
  • Proficient in presenting information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings to parents and agency staff.
  • General knowledge of personal computers, including Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email software, along with the ability to operate various office equipment such as printers, fax machines, shredders, and multi-line phone systems.
