Job Overview
As a vital member of our team, you will oversee the planning and coordination of supply replenishment between our Production Unit (PU) and Market Unit (MU). This role is essential in achieving the objectives of our pharmaceutical supply chain. Your expertise and analytical skills will ensure that we meet our targeted customer service levels effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with both domestic and international manufacturing facilities to guarantee timely and appropriate inventory levels.
- Conduct regular teleconferences with manufacturing plants to discuss supply chain matters and maintain effective communication.
- Analyze production schedules from various plants to identify and address any supply discrepancies.
- Generate detailed reports and presentations based on inventory and planned supply analyses.
- Review replenishment strategies and inventory status to support monthly sales and operations planning, including assessing expiration dates to minimize product loss.
- Compile data, evaluate performance, pinpoint issues, and propose recommendations to enhance planning and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication of production unit updates within the sales and marketing teams, providing regular insights on supply challenges.
- Assist the commercial team in resolving issues related to plants and products.
- Utilize SAP for necessary functions, including inventory report reviews and purchase order updates, while sending notifications regarding backorders to overseas production units.
- Monitor inventory levels in distribution centers to ensure optimal stock levels and product flow throughout the network.
- Work closely with manufacturing plants to optimize direct shipment replenishment into distribution centers.
- Undertake special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management practices, with a preference for experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional time management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to communicate efficiently with a diverse range of domestic and international partners.
- Demonstrated decision-making skills and operational independence.
- Adaptability to changing situations and organizational needs.
