At least 10+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role

  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
  • Proficient in Confluence, Jira or other similar tools

  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills both written and oral, along with strong listening, interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • Highly self-motivated and directed, a self-starter
  • Passion to deliver results and exceed expectations
